Shipping and Delivery


  • The order will be prepared within 1-3 days, depending on the order you place. It will then be shipped and delivered to you within the time specified by each shipping company.
  • If you have any questions about the shipment, please contact the shipping company.
  • The customer must enter the recipient's name and delivery address correctly and completely. If there is an error in the address or contact information, we are not responsible for the shipment not reaching the customer.
  • If we ship the order to the correct address and the shipment goes to the wrong location, the responsibility falls on the shipping company, not the store.
  • The shipping company determines whether the shipment will be delivered to your home or picked up from the branch, not the store.
  • The shipment will be returned by the shipping company after 10 days if it is not received. If the shipment returns to the store, it will be reshipped to the customer at the correct address. Refunds are non-refundable, and the customer will bear the second shipping fee.
  • Riyadh customers, if you do not respond or receive your order within two days, your order will be immediately canceled.
  • Orders cannot be canceled, and amounts and products are non-refundable after shipment.
  • The expected delivery time is an estimate, but orders may be delayed for reasons beyond the store's control.
  • If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact the shipping company by calling their unified number or contacting them through their social media accounts.
